One field feeds the whole line
Almost everything we sell starts as the same crop: certified organic corn. This page traces that corn from the field through milling, hydrolysis and fermentation — and shows why a single integrated chain matters for your organic claim.
Organic is a chain-of-custody argument
Organic certification never applies to a molecule. It applies to every hand the ingredient passes through — grower, handler, miller, processor. Break the chain anywhere and the product loses its status, even if the chemistry is identical. That's why we built the chain instead of renting pieces of it.
Certified organic corn
Grown under USDA NOP and EU organic rules with documented inputs and buffer zones.
Integrated milling & processing
Starch, glucose syrup, maltodextrin and fermentation feedstocks produced in our own plants.
Fermentation & refining
Erythritol, allulose and other bio-based sweeteners converted on site from those feedstocks.
Certified packing & dispatch
Each batch ships with COA and organic certificate references tied to the same chain.
Who runs the chain
Being a publicly listed manufacturer (SZSE 002286) rather than a trading desk means the company that quotes your price is the company that grows the feedstock relationships, runs the reactors and holds the certificates. Fewer middlemen, fewer points where an organic chain can quietly break.
Corn-based products on our organic scope
Most of our organic line traces to this single corn chain. Fermented sweeteners, soluble fibers and starch sugars all start at the same certified feedstock:
Request the certificate number and COA with a quote and we'll confirm which certificate scope the specific product and grade sits on — USDA N°193669251216191150 and/or EU CN-BIO-154.156-0000074.2025.006. The paper follows the corn.
